We brought our new car from them last week, the whole process was so smooth, we viewed and test drove it on the Sunday and the whole process was completed by Monday afternoon. I highly recommend this car dealership! After an extensive research for a reputable car seller and a decent car I came across a nice car and saw it was offered for sale by Dream Motoring World, first thing I did was to check Google reviews and was pleasantly surprised as I spent some time reading through reviews of other car dealers and most of them had mixed bag of reviews while Dream Motoring World had really high ones. Me and my partner booked a slot to go and see the car the next day and the call was very professional and accommodating. We met with Arsalan and did a test drive with him while he told us more about the car. We were happy with the car, it was presented clean and it drove smoothly! So we went upstairs and bought it, everyone was nice. We were offered hot drinks and water and the purchase process was very smooth, Arsalan gave us all the details and in no time we had our vehicle. We had a minor setback with the AC and they immediately solved the issue and refilled the gas to make it work obviously without us having to pay. It has been three months now so my review is a bit delayed but we both are very pleased with our choice and I couldn't recommend this car dealership enough as well as Arsalan as a very professional and polite sales agent!

Just bought a Honda CR-V, from these guys when my car got damaged in an accident. They were very professional and nice at the same time, they even went an extra mile for me and got a bit of petrol for me so I can get home safely without worrying that most of the petrol stations were out of petrol. I went to Dream Motoring World for two reasons: 1. I loved the look of the car 2. I had never bought a car before and this company had excellent reviews I had hoped for great customer service, but I still went over expecting a hard sale. What I received was exactly what I needed, they went as far as to point out the flaws of the car to me (a few small scratches) and they took me through all of the documentation answering all of my questions, and showed me the sites I should have checked myself before I visited. I bought the car on the day but held my review back a few days to ensure there was nothing they were hiding. Unfortunately, a few days later I found my tyre pressure dropping too quickly, and so I called them. They immediately booked me into their local garage for the same day, and in just over a week I'd had my valves replaced for me at no cost to me and with no fuss at all. I've been very impressed with these guys and I can highly recommend them!

My experience with Dream Motoring World has been a positive one. Initially, I was approved with another finance provider but these guys offered me a much better rate with the provider they work with. They were really nice and professional from the initial contact, also really open about all the information. During the lockdown, I requested Luke for a video of the car which was very accurate and as described when I received delivery of the car. Overall extremely delighted with my purchase.

I hardly ever leave reviews but in this case, it will not be justified for other readers if my experience as a customer isn't articulated here. I have been involved in a few purchases and sales of cars over years but because of no mechanic background I was always mis-sold and ended up in a difficult position. The last car was purchased from Dream Motoring world and, honestly, I will never look for another dealer again. They truly adhere to the "Customer First" policy and I have already recommended to a few of my friends 1 of them purchased from the same dealer and has been very happy with service.
